This fall seasonal cider gives us a chance to use your favorite Honey Crisp apples in a cocktail! Mix this up at your next holiday gathering with your choice of Vodka, Whiskey or Apple Jack, Top Hat Original Ginger Beer Syrup, Apple Cider, *Winter Spiced Bitters, Hot Water, Sliced Apples, Whole Cloves & a Cinnamon Stick!

1 OZ | TOP HAT ORIGINAL GINGER BEER SYRUP & BATCHING MIX | 3 QTS |
3 OZ | HOT APPLE CIDER OR JUICE | 9 QTS |
3 DASHES | *HOUSE-MADE SPICED ORANGE BITTERS (alcohol free) | 2 OZ |
1 OZ | HOT WATER | 3 QTS |
GARNISH | SLICED APPLES, WHOLE CLOVES & CINNAMON STICKS | GARNISH |
*Spiced Orange Aromatic Bitters - soak 1 cup cinnamon sticks, 2 tbsp. whole All Spice Nuts & 1 tablespoon of whole cloves in a combination of 8oz of ALL THE BITTERS ALCOHOL FREE AROMATIC Bitters + 8oz of ALL THE BITTERS ALCOHOL FREE Orange Bitters. Steep for at least 2 days and strain. Ready to use!
