The Hot Toddy has a gorgeous history and is one of the oldest and most recognized cold weather cocktail styles.  Mulling spices into a hot seasonal beverage is one of the best ways to punctuate a holiday moment with your loved ones.  Both of our Original and Extra Spicy Ginger Beer Syrups are lightly shrubbed with apple cider vinegar which gives a Hot Toddy an additional layer of throat soothing healing comfort on a cold day.   

SINGLE INGREDIENT 5 GAL PERCOLATOR FORMULA
1.5 OZ WHISKEY or ALCOHOL-FREE WHISKEY ALTERNATIVE 5 LITERS
1 OZ TOP HAT EXTRA SPICY GINGER BEER SYRUP & MULE BATCHING MIX 3 QUARTS
.5 OZ LEMON JUICE 48 OZ
2 DASHES
*WINTER SPICED BITTERS (made with alcohol free ALL THE BITTERS)
1 OZ
6 OZ HOT WATER 10 QUARTS
GARNISH ORANGE or LEMON, A FEW CLOVES & CINNAMON STICK  GARNISH

*WINTER SPICED BITTERS - SOAK 1 CUPS OF CINNAMON STICKS, 2 TBSP. OF WHOLE ALL-SPICE NUTS & 1 TSP. OF CLOVES IN 16 OZ OF ALL THE BITTERS ALCOHOL FREE BITTERS FOR 2 DAYS!  STRAIN THROUGH TEA STRAINER.

DO NOT CARBONATE!

LARGE BATCHES MUST BE HEATED AND KEPT HOT IN A COFFEE PERCOLATOR!
